Consumer & Decorator Design Assistance Form

Welcome to the design assistant. In just a moment, our interior decorators will be studying your decor and offering recommendations for the types of frames, profiles, and finishes we recommend for your project. We try to respond immediately, but depending on demand - it could take up to 24 hours for us to complete our review and submit our Media Space Ideas.

We'll need to know how to address you if we have any questions.

Room 1

Choosing a name for the room will help us better understand the room and reference the room in future communications (i.e. Living Room, Den, Dining Room, Office, Rec Room, Kitchen, Pool Area, Son's or Daughter's Room)

Recessing means you are going to place your TV or tablet in a recess in your wall, meaning it will not hang directly on the wall - but all or a portion of the TV or tablet will be inside the wall.

Almost all installations of TV frames are on mounted TVs using a wall mounting bracket. If you select yes, you'll be asked to tell us what type of mount you plan to use. If you are ordering a tablet frame and your tablet is already mounted to the wall, select tablet already mounted, if you would like our all-in-one solution including frame and tablet mount, selection tablet with frame and mount.

Low Profile - This is a mount that affixes your TV directly and as close as possible to the wall. You will not be able to move the TV. This is the recommended mount for our Classic Wood and Metallic Frames.
Tilt - This is a frame that will allow you to tilt the direction of the TV up or down. While our Classic Wood and Metallic Frames will work with these mounts they are ideal for our new Media Panels.
Swivel - These mounts allow your TV to move from left to right (some models also include tilting from top to bottom). While our Classic Wood and Metallic Frames are compatible with these mounts we ideally recommend our Media Panels.
Articulating / Telescoping / Full Motion - These mounting brackets move your TV to virtually any position on an extensible arm.  We highly recommend our Media Panels for these mounts.  The Classic Wood and Metallic mounts are 100% compatible with these mounts, but will look awkward or need to be removed when the TV is not in its retracted position.  The Media Panel will accommodate both retracted and extended positions.
Tablet Mount/Dock – If you are framing a tablet already mounted or docked to the wall, select this option.

'Reveal' TV Mirror Technology allows your TV to function as normal when turned on, but once turned off, the screen becomes a beautiful decorative framed mirror. If you are framing a tablet or will be purchasing a Media Panel, select not applicable.

Please upload at least four photos to help us understand the room including a front-on angle where the TV or tablet will reside, a side view to the left and the right of the room, and a photo of the opposite wall of where the TV or tablet will be placed. You may also upload a 360 degree short video of the room (recommended).

I.E. I'd like my frame to match the trim. I'd like my frame to match the wall color. I'd like my frame to match the other wood furniture in the room. Do you recommend a recess for this room?
